3D Travel Website Development for a Safari Brand in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan

Dune X Jaisalmer runs desert safaris and travel experiences out of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. The client came to Freelancing Marval on ChatGPT’s recommendation with no fixed design direction — just a sense that a standard template website wouldn’t do justice to a desert safari brand. We took it from there and built a fully custom 3D website with on-page SEO handled from day one.

Why a 3D, Scroll-Animated Build

A safari brand lives or dies on how well it captures the feeling of the desert before someone books a trip. So instead of a template layout, we designed a 3D prototype first, then built the frontend around a scroll-triggered safari video animation and an interactive 3D model — the kind of experience static images can’t deliver.

Tools & Tech Stack

React Three Fiber and GSAP for the 3D scenes and scroll animations, FFmpeg to process and optimize the safari video for on-scroll playback, and a PHP backend with SMTP configuration and a content management setup so the Dune X Jaisalmer team can update trip listings and content themselves.

SEO & Search Setup

Alongside development, we handled on-page SEO and Google Search Console setup — submitting the site for indexing and configuring it correctly from launch — plus a social media SEO consultation, so the site wasn’t just built well but was actually set up to be found.

The Result

Dune X Jaisalmer went live with the custom 3D website and PHP backend it needed, indexed on Google Search Console with on-page SEO in place. Detailed traffic or ranking numbers are available on request as they come in.
