Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging with Freelancing Marval for any service. By placing an order, signing a proposal, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services We Provide

Freelancing Marval provides the following services:

3. Project Engagement Process

All projects begin with the following process:

  1. Free Consultation: We discuss your requirements at no charge.
  2. Written Proposal: A detailed proposal is issued specifying scope, deliverables, timeline, and fixed price.
  3. Agreement: Work commences only after you approve the proposal in writing (email or WhatsApp confirmation is accepted).
  4. Advance Payment: Projects require a minimum 50% advance payment before work begins. Remaining balance is due before final delivery.

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • A minimum 50% advance is required before project commencement.
  • The remaining balance is due before the live deployment or handover of deliverables.
  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), Razorpay, or other agreed methods.
  • Invoices are raised with valid GST details where applicable.
  • Late payments (beyond 7 days of due date) may result in work being paused.

5. Project Timeline & Delivery

  • Project timelines are specified in the written proposal and are our best estimates based on the agreed scope.
  • Timelines may be affected by delays in client feedback, content provision, or material approval.
  • We will notify you promptly of any delays and provide a revised timeline.
  • Rush projects (under 7 days) may incur an additional fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely project delivery, clients must:

  • Provide all required content, images, branding assets, and credentials within 3 business days of request.
  • Provide timely feedback on deliverables (within 5 business days of delivery).
  • Ensure they have the legal right to all content and materials they provide.
  • Notify us of any changes to project scope in writing before implementation.

7. Scope Changes (Revision Policy)

  • Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal (typically 2 rounds).
  • Revisions outside the agreed scope or exceeding the included rounds will be quoted and invoiced separately.
  • Major scope changes after project commencement may require a revised proposal and additional cost.

8. Performance Commitment

We are committed to delivering quality work as outlined in the written proposal:

  • No third-party plugins or scripts being added post-launch that degrade performance
  • Hosting being on a suitable plan (we recommend and can provide guidance on hosting)
  • This applies at the time of project handover

Revenue growth, ROAS figures, and other marketing results mentioned on our website are based on past client outcomes and may vary depending on multiple factors. These are not assured for every engagement.

9. Post-Launch Support

  • Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments.
  • Support is limited to issues arising from our work — it does not cover issues caused by client modifications, third-party plugin conflicts, or hosting problems.
  • After 30 days, maintenance and support are available on a paid monthly retainer or per-incident basis.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom-built website/deliverable.
  • We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless you request confidentiality in writing.
  • Any third-party themes, plugins, or libraries used remain subject to their own licensing terms.

11. Confidentiality

We treat all client information — business data, credentials, strategies, and discussions — as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to any third party without express consent, except as required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Freelancing Marval is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, advertising platforms) or client-introduced modifications.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alwar, Rajasthan, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective from the date of publication on this page. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
