2. Our Commitment
We are committed to delivering quality work as outlined in the written proposal. If we fail to meet the agreed deliverables, we will work to resolve the issue before any refund discussion applies. We do not simply take your money and walk away — we take our work seriously and aim to complete every project professionally.
3. Advance Payment
All projects require a minimum 50% advance payment before work begins. This advance is used to:
- Reserve your project slot in our schedule
- Cover initial development costs and time invested
- Procure any required licenses, tools, or assets for your project
4. Refund Eligibility
Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel before any work has commenced and within 48 hours of making the advance payment.
- We are unable to begin the project within the timeframe agreed in the proposal due to our own scheduling issues.
Partial Refund
A partial refund may be issued in the following situations:
- Cancellation after work has started but before 50% completion: Up to 30–50% of the advance may be refunded after deducting the cost of work already completed.
- Project scope reduction agreed by both parties mid-project: The refund amount will be proportional to the removed scope, calculated at the hourly/deliverable rate stated in the proposal.
No Refund
No refund is applicable in the following cases:
- Project is 50% or more complete at time of cancellation request
- Deliverables have been approved and handed over to the client
- Project delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide content, credentials, or feedback on time)
- Change of mind after project approval and commencement
- Dissatisfaction with results due to client-introduced changes post-handover
- Third-party services (hosting, domain, external plugins) purchased on behalf of the client
- Digital marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads) once campaigns have been set up and are live — ad spend paid to Google/Meta is non-refundable as it is remitted directly to the platform
5. Quality Dispute Resolution
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to raise a quality dispute. Our process:
- Email your concern to freelancingmarval@gmail.com with specific details of the issue.
- We will respond within 2 business days with a resolution plan.
- We will provide up to 2 rounds of revisions at no cost to resolve any legitimate quality issues.
- If the issue remains unresolved after revisions, refund eligibility will be assessed case-by-case.
6. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used (bank transfer, UPI, etc.)
- Any applicable transaction or processing fees are non-refundable
- A formal refund acknowledgement will be issued via email
7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

- Reason for cancellation or refund request

8. Disputes
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Alwar, Rajasthan, India, in accordance with the laws of India.
