Refund Policies

At Freelancing Marval, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing and web development services to our clients. We understand that there may be situations where a client wishes to request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting and processing refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Digital Marketing Services: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for digital marketing services. Clients may be eligible for a refund if the services provided did not meet the agreed-upon specifications or if there was a failure to deliver the services as described in the contract.

1.2 Web Development Services: Refunds for web development services are considered on a case-by-case basis. Clients may be eligible for a refund if the website or web application delivered does not align with the project requirements and specifications outlined in the contract.

2. Refund Request Procedure

2.1 To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to our customer support team, clearly explaining the reason for the refund request.

2.2 Freelancing Marval will review the refund request and assess its eligibility based on the terms outlined in this policy.

3. Refund Disbursement

3.1 If a refund is approved, the disbursement will be processed within [X] business days from the date of approval.

3.2 Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4.Non-Eligibility for Refunds

4.1 Freelancing Marval does not provide refunds for services in cases where the project has reached a stage where approximately 60% of the work has been completed, and the project is delayed due to actions or inaction by the client. In such situations, the project is considered substantially underway, and the resources and efforts expended are not eligible for refund.

4.2 Additionally, if the delay in the project timeline is primarily attributed to the client’s failure to provide necessary information, content, approvals, or other essential inputs within the agreed-upon timeframe, the project is considered delayed due to client actions. In such cases, refunds will not be granted, as the delay is beyond the control of Freelancing Marval.

4.3 Please note that while refunds may not be applicable in these circumstances, Freelancing Marval is committed to working with clients to find alternative solutions and mitigations to address project delays and ensure the successful completion of the project.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1 In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, clients and Freelancing Marval agree to engage in good faith discussions to resolve the issue. If no resolution is reached, the matter may be escalated to mediation or legal action if necessary.

6. Changes to this Refund Policy

6.1 Freelancing Marval reserves the right to make changes to this refund policy at any time. Any updates or revisions will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will apply to all refund requests made after the effective date of the updated policy.
